  • Shipping fees may apply, depending on order value and delivery distance.
  • For remote Indian locations or non-serviceable regions, please contact contact@hrhousedesignerstudio.in with your complete address and order details before ordering. We’ll discuss options—additional charges may apply, and we’ll inform you before confirming your order.
  • For all international orders, contact us via email with product and address details prior to purchase. We’ll respond within 24 hours with exact shipping, tax, and extra charges.
  • Only prepaid payments are accepted for international orders.

Delivery Timeline

  • For custom orders, factor in stitching/production time beyond shipping.

Important Conditions

  • We do not offer refunds or re-ship orders that are returned to origin (RTO) due to unsuccessful delivery for reasons beyond our control.
  • All products undergo strict quality checks and are securely packed.
  • If a package is tampered with or appears damaged, please do not accept it—take photos, refuse the parcel, and inform the carrier. Acceptance of a parcel implies you received products in good condition.
