By placing an order or making a purchase on H R House Designer Studio, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

  • No Returns / Refunds / Exchanges for Fabrics and Custom-Made Apparel:
    Custom-cut or made fabrics cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Refund Policy:
    Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. No refunds are provided for custom-made or correctly delivered products.
  • Return & Exchange Procedure:
    • Please contact us before initiating any return or exchange.
    • Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 3 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
    • You’ll need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Rude or inappropriate behavior may lead to refusal of returns or exchanges.
  • Exchange Instructions:
    To start an exchange, contact us at contact@hrhousedesignerstudio.in
    If the exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions. Additional costs may apply.
    Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing to avoid unnecessary returns or exchanges.

Unserviceable Locations & RTO:
If your delivery pin code becomes unserviceable after placing the order, H R House Designer Studio is not responsible for return-to-origin (RTO), and no refunds will be issued.

Incorrect Address:
If the address provided is incorrect and a correction is needed after dispatch, you will be charged an address correction fee based on your location.

Damages and Defects:

  • Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For such cases, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Clear images/videos of the product showing the defect.
    • An image of the product’s UID label/barcode.
    • Images of the original packaging with the shipping label.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
    H R House Designer Studio takes full responsibility for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases
    If uncertain, please ask before purchase.

Order Cancellations:

  • By You: If you request cancellation before your order is processed, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible and standard return procedures apply.
  • By Us: We may cancel orders due to limited stock, pricing/product errors, suspected fraud, or for any reason at our discretion. You will be notified, and a full refund will be issued within 15 days if payment was already made.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 15 business days after review.
